Pre purchased SupportThis is support for any problems non Micron21 related (eg. assistance configuring Routers/Network/Linux/SMTP/DNS Faults etc).   $99.00 per hour
Non-Prepurchased SupportThis is support for any problems non Micron21 related (eg. assistance configuring Routers/Network/SMTP/DNS Faults etc).   $190.00 per hour
Escorted after hour accessAccess to the datacentre after hours including public holidays * Callout fee applies   $70.00 per hour
After hours callout fee (6pm - 8am) After hours callout fee to arrange the service call unless prior arrangement.   $70.00
Additional 240v Power per RUIf a server has more than one power supply and is a single RU machine this may apply   $30.00 per month
Half Day KVM IP RentalIf your machine fails you may wish to use this to remotely repair your machine.   FREE
Full Day KVM IP RentalIf your machine fails you may wish to use this to remotely repair your machine.   $50.00
Remote reboot Power PortAllows you to power cycle your machine from anywhere in the world.   $30.00 per month
