PLEASE NOTE: Micron21 don't provide support for mail clients. If you use the above settings and you have an issue with your mail client, you will need to seek support from a third party IT professional or the vendor (e.g. Apple, Microsoft) of your mail client for further assistance.
If you are having issues with your mail client you can access your mail account directly by opening a web browser and going to https://ex-01.micron21.net/owa and signing in with your e-mail and password.
