We encourage all customers to evaluate our customer care packages and choose a plan that suits both their budget and technical capability. Our customer care plans provide the best value and allow Micron21 to plan its resources around customer commitments.

We understand technology requirements vary and plans may not suit everyone. As such we offer two rates for adhoc support as follows:

  • Standard Business Hours (8am - 6pm Mon-Fri): $136.13 per half-hour (inc-GST)
  • Standard After Hours: $199.65 per half-hour (inc-GST)
  • Priority Business Hours (8am - 6pm Mon-Fri): $272.25 per half-hour (inc-GST)
  • Priority After Hours: $399.30 per half-hour (inc-GST)

Our Adhoc Support is based on our best efforts. Our team will normally deliver an exception experience, however, please note that customer with a commited plan will always take priority over standard support.

However, if you need support in a hurry, you can instead purchase Priority Support to jump to the front of the queue and get help right away.
