We understand technology requirements vary and plans may not suit everyone. As such we offer two rates for adhoc support as follows:
- Standard Business Hours (8am - 6pm Mon-Fri): $136.13 per half-hour (inc-GST)
- Standard After Hours: $199.65 per half-hour (inc-GST)
- Priority Business Hours (8am - 6pm Mon-Fri): $272.25 per half-hour (inc-GST)
- Priority After Hours: $399.30 per half-hour (inc-GST)
Our Adhoc Support is based on our best efforts. Our team will normally deliver an exception experience, however, please note that customer with a commited plan will always take priority over standard support.
However, if you need support in a hurry, you can instead purchase Priority Support to jump to the front of the queue and get help right away.
