We understand everyones technology requirements vary and plans may not suit everyone. As such we offer two rates for adhoc support as follows:
- Standard Business Hours (10am to 4pm, Mon-Fri): $123.75 per half-hour (ex-GST)
- Standard Extended Hours: (7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm, Mon-Fri): $181.50 per half-hour (ex-GST)
- Priority Business Hours (10am to 4pm, Mon-Fri): $247.50 per half-hour (ex-GST)
- Priority After Hours (24/7): $363.00 per half-hour (ex-GST)
Our Adhoc Support is based on our best efforts. Our team will normally deliver an exceptional experience, however, please note that customer with a commited plan will always take priority over standard support.
However, if you need support in a hurry, you can instead purchase Priority support to jump to the front of the queue and get help right away.
