Our 24/7 Support package includes more advanced passive monitoring. We analyse and provide detailed reports on traffic, latency, memory usage, CPU usage, and load averages. You will receive email notification whenever a server is operating sub-optimally or experiencing issues.

Equipped with these insights via our Netflow, PRTG, and Cacti portals, you can make informed decisions on what steps to take with your IT infrastructure.

Alternatively, our technicians can provide assistance. If your service is sending an alert and you have a support package, expert technicians provide swift and efficient support to remedy the situation.
