Arran's day to day usually consists of leading the activities across support, business improvement and infrastructure teams. This includes ensuring Micron21 customers receive support for all their products and services whilst developing and improving new ones.
He is passionate about delivering the optimum service experience by understanding customer challenges to deliver solutions that address the current climate whilst anticipating future needs.

What has been the highlight for you whilst working at Micron21?
“Major incidents are always a time of learning, adrenalin, and coordination. No one wants a major incident, but when we had one when I first started at Micron21, it was great to see the team come together to deliver extraordinary results quickly and efficiently. Even better than this is the outcomes of the review being implemented and future major incidents averted.”
What do you like to do outside of work?
“Long distance running is my passion. I use it to keep me fit and healthy along with a form of meditation. Travelling is something I am looking forward to once the world returns to a relative state of normal so I can see my family.”
