Name: Tom Matthews
Position: Sales Executive
Started with Micron21: March 2019
Having recently moved into the Sales Executive role earlier this year from previously having been a Support Analyst at Micron21, Tom’s day-to-day usually consists of helping customers find solutions to problems they are facing, via inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Tom is also passionate in reaching out to our customers to get feedback on how we can continue to improve Micron21’s services for them.
What’s the best part of your role?
“Definitely being able to chat with new people from all walks of life and helping them through their journey, being able to watch them grow, develop and adapt is awesome! Of course, I love working with our small team as well. There is never a day that goes by that is boring!”
What has been the highlight for you whilst working at Micron21?
“The highlight for me whilst working for Micron21 has definitely been the work environment. We have such a great team here and everyone is so easy to get along with! Oh, and the office perks aren’t too bad either!”
What do you like to do outside of work?
“My hobbies consist of gaming (no surprise there), mucking around with cars (mostly pulling things apart and having loads of fun putting them back together again) and going out socialising with friends (drinking responsibly of course!).”
